How we bid
You get a firm written bid for the scope once we have seen the site and the soil. Change orders only happen if you change the scope - never as a surprise on the final invoice.
We size the base, the rebar, and the control joints for LA's expansive clay, hillside cut-and-fill, and seismic code - not a one-size national spec that cracks in two summers.
If a slab we poured fails from our workmanship inside the warranty, we tear it out and re-pour it. That is the whole point of hiring a licensed crew instead of a day-labor pour.
